Our 75-minute one-on-one video meetings are designed to meet you exactly where you are in your wedding journey; whether you're just starting out, knee-deep in DIY plans, or seeking a final expert check before the big day. Each call is tailored to your unique needs. Before the call, we'll send you a brief questionnaire to pinpoint the areas you'd like assistance with, ensuring our time together is maximally productive; you set the agenda for your call. From refining your design and optimizing seating layouts to fine-tuning your timeline and seeking vendor recommendations, our experienced planners are here to provide professional guidance and support every step of the way. After our session, you'll receive a custom meeting summary outlining next steps and action items based on our discussion. From vendor recommendations to a revised timeline or design deck, we've got you covered with practical tools to keep your wedding plans on track. *Note: You will only schedul your first power hour when you book the three-pack. We will schedule your second and third calls at the end of our first meeting based on your timeline and needs.
